I am passionate about helping firms thrive through strategic business solutions, compliance expertise and empowering coaching. I work with businesses to achieve their objectives, whilst supporting their management teams and employees.
For over 30 years I’ve played a pivotal role in a variety of legal sector milestones, including firm acquisitions, law firm start-ups, ABS and practice management.
My journey has taken me through diverse experiences in high street practices and magic circle firms. This breadth of experience uniquely positions me to identify fundamental challenges within businesses and guide management teams towards transformative outcomes.
